RebatePrivacy Policy
This policy explains how RebateTools ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, apply for a growth plan, talk to us, or use the RebateTools platform. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, fairly and transparently in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: mobile number, first and last name, email address.
- Application answers: the partner platforms you use, the size of your sub-affiliate network, your approximate current monthly rebates and your goals.
- Communications: messages you send us by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone, and notes from calls with you.
- Account information (if you become a customer): login details, billing details and the settings you choose.
Our application form saves your answers as you go. If you enter your mobile number but don't finish the form, we still keep the number and any answers you've given, so we can help you complete your application. The form tells you this before you start.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the referring page.
- Advertising and attribution data: campaign parameters (UTM tags), Meta click identifiers (fbclid / _fbc) and browser identifiers (_fbp), used to understand which adverts lead to enquiries.
Information from others
If you connect partner or broker accounts to the platform, we receive data from those platforms on your instruction (see section 11).
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare and send your custom growth plan.
- To contact you about your application by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, including reminding you to finish an incomplete application.
- To provide, operate, support and improve the RebateTools platform if you become a customer.
- To manage billing and our customer relationship.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising platforms when an enquiry has been made so they can show our adverts to relevant people.
- To keep our website and services secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Contact & marketing
When you submit your mobile number on our form, you agree that we may contact you about your growth plan and RebateTools by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. We will only send you wider marketing where the law allows, and every message will tell you how to stop. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, telling us on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us. Opting out will not affect messages we must send you as a customer, such as billing or service notices.
6. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

We may also share data with professional advisers, law enforcement or regulators where required by law, or with a buyer if our business is sold or reorganised.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become customers: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Customer records: for the life of your account and up to 6 years afterwards, for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Attribution and advertising data: up to 13 months.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to our processing, including objecting at any time to direct marketing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

10. Cookies & tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop the website working.
11. Data in the platform
If you use RebateTools to manage your partner network, you may upload or connect data about your own clients and sub-affiliates. For that data, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor: we process it only to provide the service, under your instructions and our Terms of Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share that data with us and for informing the people concerned. A data processing agreement is available on request.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, so please tell us straight away if you think your data has been compromised.
13. Children
RebateTools is a business service. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If the changes are significant, we will tell you.
